Hi.

I think it is not so important what nationality is a NT coach.

the things that matter are:

1) knowledge of the game, the wider the better.
2) a constant work-around: databasing, scouting, advising, bot releasing, not to mention match preparation and tactical choices
3) availability toward new users and toward any user that owns a player who can fit the national team requirments.

a NT coach MUST spend time on BB, looking around about player trinings, opponent teams upcoming, weekly bbmailing to get updates for the DB.

personally i can offer such things, I have proved to be able to execute the job, carrying its weight gladly, during the 4 season i coached cyprus 21.

any other question is welcome.

hi all
this is (jeyjey) the current India NT manager
i was the manager of this NT for the last tow seasons and i can say that the first season was a success because we won half of our games but this season was under achievement for the NT that is after we consider the teams that we have faced in these games some teams like Russia and Bulgaria they are much stronger than us because simply they have much more users in Buzzerbeater but i have made huge efforts to contact the users that Indian player so that the can give more playing time to them, that effort have payed off because we can see that all our Centers reached maximum potential their skill is the highest in the 8 season of the Indian NT history
with these great crop of young players coming through the ranks, i have developed some ideas and i have some plans to make our NT able to challenge the bigger teams
so i hope that the Indian community in BB will give me another chance to try my best and from my part i will work hard for the progress of our players for long term futur

I hope indian electors can valuate the difference from a debate and a speech, and consider who has just the willingness to do some copy-paste, instead of some discussion ....

no, no... i haven't any problem...

it is just about election debate... don't you think, that presenting myself as the only who tries to debate instead of copy-pasting my speech, is a good point to make in my favor? :)

it's election time we should try to pretend to be adults trying to be elected, ;), and we should try to spend all the means they'd use to get elected!

you say that the low performance of the NT is the fault of the Manager
bro if you think like this you are not qualified to lead not even first division team

every user in BB knows that the responsibility of the training and the progress of the NT player is with the user who owes that player it is important for him to get playing time and good staff trainer

so before you blame someone please understand the problem first

(jeyjey-NT-manager)

i quot you from the other thread.

you are absolutley right. tha main aim of a coach in smaller countries is not to win... but to win acouple of games against same-level opponents and than to build up a group of good-trained palyers, addresing advices to newer manager, and sponsoring good rookies , also abroad, to have to hope that they are bought from good foreigners trainers. when i was coach of cyprus u21 such a plan bought very good results on the long term, the same will be applied here. india u21 coach is already doing something like that.
