I was looking at my players who I started with, and I had no experience bumps in a season (I have changed quite a few players). But the experience doesn't seem to be very consistent. One of my two most experienced players is a draft pick from Season 2 who is mediocre. The other pick from that season, who ended up a 3rd in the MVP voting for the serie is still at atrocious. My 29 YO starting SF who you'd think had been around for a while is only pitiful. Maybe he was playing in a rec league, and got his chance to go pro when BB started up.

all i can say is, the experience is just a gauge of how well that player can play.

imagine tim duncan going against hakeem or maybe shaq even karl malone you add hot rod williams. they are more experience that duncan that time but duncan sure made them look like balony sandwiches.

its just that dont complicate matters having to have so much meaning!

this topic is forgotten but still unanswered...is there anyone who has noticed that either one of his players rise experience level?

It's not random.

I'm completing one season of play and I've had three of my original 7 players make one pop in experience. They were spread out over time.

That's something the BBs have chosen not to disclose - we need to make our own guesses.

whatever guess would be - i think the "experience calculation formula" needs fine tuning...more "tuning" then "fine"...
