i would definately say you need to have a lvl 9/10 trainer by now. Also, you should expand you're arena soon because you could fill a lot more seats in Div II. Then probably a lvl 5/6 Pr manager would suffice. Docters, im still chilling with my lvl 1, so i dont know about that.
