Winning makes a big difference and so does ticket prices.
You need to drastically lower your bleacher ticket prices. 16 dollars is way too much. Make it 12 dollars and see what happens. I would also raise the ticket prices for lower tier and courtside seats.
Build some luxury boxes as well.
