He´ll recive a % of training but not exactly 46/48 because it´s not proportional. Anyway he´ll receive a big percentage of training but try to give him full training other weeks.

Best regards.

Edit: Sorry krapaleon, you´ve been faster than me:)

I wanted to give him a 48 mins of training.. but the scrimmage was a blow out for me and i placed him as starter, back up and back up to the back up , and still was subbed with 2 mins of the game.. so he got 46 mins :@
u can check my schedule for the last scrimmage played .... and i dont even have 10 players, i have 9 players and still was subbed out :s

I have suffered similar situations sometimes. Your team was winning and the coach decided to give him a rest. Anyway, what about his stamina? It could be definitive for him to be replaced even if your orders were right. I´ve tried the same in today´ scrimmage and it worked but as i´ve told you some matches it didn´t.
Best regards.

Here's a better question that other people have left a lot of info out to be desired:

2 position training:
My example: One guy got 40, another 43, another 4, another 0, two at 48.

two at 48 one got 50, other 53.

So...here's the million dollar question knowing all six players really could use the training equally.

Take 4/0 start them to play 48 OR take 4/0 start with 40/43 backing up knowing that 40/43 will likely play 60 some minutes?

I would lean 4/0 full game, but the advice from the manual seem otherwise, but I don't think correct unless we are talking about like a really really steep decline, which mean partial training is completely worthless and thus either way I go only 4/6 of players will get training. I doubt that's the case.

But the manual seems to promote going 48+ as in more than 48 is even better than giving partial to others...

You qualify for training as long as you play at least 1 second in the position being trained. 48 minutes is full training. 46 minutes is probably 90% training (just a guess).
If the trainee is important to you i would personally train stamina or free throws this week as i hate getting less than full training. But that is a personal preference.

Wont using the strictly follow depth chart feature as well as setting the trainee as backup and reserve guarentee full training??

unless injury or foul out occur??

p.s make sure you choose to let them play if they are in foul trouble!!

As far as I know it does, because I do that all the time. People say put 1 player as a reserve in case of injury etc but that never worked for mine and my trainee was subbed out for 2 minutes or so...since then, I put the same trainee in backup as well as the reserve.

Yep that is what happens!! an for full training people must remember to select let them play so they don't get subbed for fouling!!

Full training is never gauranteed even if you set strictly follow depth chart. The coach can still sub your player out. Especially in close games or games where you are winning by a lot.
