It says that a foul was called on M. Shuogui - it does not say that he fouled the player taking the shot.

I would actually assume he committed a loose ball foul while attempting to rebound the missed shot and fouled a player on the other team. Which resulted in the other team getting the ball and going to the court to score on their next possession.

the foul was called for your player. there's no free throws for a team, after teammate foul.

No problem. it was added only this season and only in scrimmages.
Noone usually watches scrimages live. And I also think the comment should be changed to make it clearer that it is a foul made while rebounding.
