@To all candidates

Well it is not a debate, but more usual questions that people generally ask to the candidates:

1) What is your objective for Prathet U21 NT?
2) Regarding your opinion, what is our (the U21) main weakness? Our main strength? & so what should the Prathet Thai general manager focus their training on?

Thanks for your answers ;-)!

Hi everyone, I plant to run this U21 NT not just for me but for the country's respect and pride in Prathet Thai. I do well in my league in Canada and I know quite a bit about the game.

To answer the questions of N#23.

1) My objective this year is nothing more than to improve the squad. I will do my best to win games, scout opponents, and of course pick the proper players. I hope to win many games and improve the team greatly.
2)I believe the U21 Nt lacks inside force, other than the one dominant inside force, there isnt much else on the inside. We have lots of depth and strength on the wings so I recommend that we will train bigs this season.

I treasure all the attention received from coaches who want to train. But recently we missing a lack if Inside trainers. We have 2 good ones coming to knock on the doors of senior team but besides those 2 it is not enough..

The main issue here is to have gain interest of training Thai overall...I see too many teams receive talents but maybe due to the lack of knowledge they do not know how to treat them exactly. I see you are trying hard to educate Thai but I just hope they can get on the forums or read in english...

Yeah you are definitely right. And that's not our plan. We need to be down-to-earth. ;)

What about your previous assignments? If you have to make a making-up, what will it be?

That one is easy; I would re-do my early retirement...:D I retired once and some outsider took it and left the team for dead. No selections; no games; no scrimages and no supertalents saved from bot..Very frustrating..

No; ever the people of Thai want me I am honoured to be hereas their coach!

Well I feel Prathet Thai is the place for me because I do believe it has talent and it is a smaller country and I believe I can improve the squad. I came here because I have interest in helping smaller countries and this just seemed like the right for me.
