Stamina cap is prominent. But it will only stay on prominent for 1 week and then it will drop to proficient stamina, even if you train stamina that week.
For example:
Player A has proficient Stamina.
Training update trains Stamina.
Player A now has prominent Stamina.
Following week's training update trains Stamina.
Player A now has proficient Stamina.
