Sounds interesting, but I think it would give an unfair advantage to bigger countries like Spain, the US, Italy, ...
But at the same time, you would have Spanish players who are not good enough to be on the Spanish NT, who would start playing for Barbados.
I'm don't think it's a good idea, though.

I think Sarah Palin crushed this idea since she was afraid of foreigners taking Americans' jobs.

Don't ask what sort of Chunks they are, you probably don't want to know. Blowing Chunks since Season 4!

Big countries don't need foriegn players for their NT's,while there are a lot of good players that had to stay out of the NT and that are very close to the Nt players that would be available for small countries.
So where there should be this "unfair advantage to bigger countries"?
