maybe try it in the bug forum, but at lesast it isn't a common bug or you are like me and sometimes didn't see your obvious mistakes when you check your stuff.

Where is the bug forum??

I def checked my tactics and there was no mistake, I looked at the match ups

click on the left or right on forum, then in the top right for new folders and in the main group their should be the bug forum.

Your PF scored a 16.5 rating, clearly your best defender, and nearly twice the rating of both your SG and PG. His PG and SG both had similarly strong offensive performances. You lost by 7. I seriously doubt the defensive match up mistakes cost you the game. If anything, I think it probably made it closer than it could have been. Are you absolutely positive that you didn't make the changes you said you made and forgot to hit 'submit'? I've heard of some wacky bugs before, but to completely change your match ups to something you never submitted? Sounds more like you may have accidentally set those match ups and forgot you did, or someone else has your password and submitted those changes.

You can view the lineups and tactics you've set for your previous matches (you need to go to set lineup of your next game and click on Load Former Match Tactics). You can probably see where you placed your players for that particular match. Try doing that and see if that's what you submitted.

To answer both questions in 1 go

1. My defence came in at average - Medium - Inside and Outside. I am normally Respectable High, sometimes strong low. The rating of the PF does not mean he was my greatest defender, he is an inside defender not an outside defender.

2. This is how I chekced that it had changed, I am totally positive that I did not make that change, I chekced it 30 minutes before the game and it was correct

I was hoping a BB could check into this for me to see what happened

Hmm so you went back to see the tactics and positions you've set for that game, i c. that sounds very odd. Why don't you ask for a help in the bug forum? BB might at least do something about it (although I highly doubt that they'll make it a win for your team and a loss for the other team).

I have posted it in the bugs forum, no response yet, but yes, I chekced it and it wasnt what I put in, it is very odd

I dont know what they can or will do about it but its pointless playing a game that can cost you like that and then they wont put it right

Defense has a strong impact on player ratings. Your PF scored a 16.5 which was far and away the best individual rating of any of your players, so he was your best defender. Period. As for team ratings, there are different factors for why this would change, like lineup, enthusiasm, game shape, tactics used.
