Well I think a good SF should have good skills in all areas. But I personally would focus on OD and ID primarily, Rebounding and Jump Shot secondarily, Passing and Jump Range and Inside Shot as third most important, and handling, driving and shot blocking as fourth most important.

But a lot depends on what type of SF you want. Inside focused? Outside focused? A lot also depends on what tactics you often use.

If you're asking such a general question, you are most likely either new to the game or have very little experience, in which case you're better off not training SF's at all. SF's are the most time consuming and complicated position to train because they are the most well-rounded players you'll have on your team. I'd say you're better off buying a developed SF for your team and focus your training on any other position.
