When looking through the whole match I sometimes see teammates guarding their own teammates.
Is this a known bug?
This one is a known bug. It's purely presentational. The match viewer bugs seem painfully slow to fix.
Sorry, can't help you with the Play-by-play, I have used it only a couple of times.
