Well some experienced manager can says his thoughts, but mines are:

1) your OD is way too low and very unbalanced
2) Your Offensive flow is dramatic, look your center plays as PG. i bet this is the main reason and it makes the sense of those big TO's too..

Having an offensive flow nearly non existent like that is certainly going to mess up your offense, especially when you're playing look inside.

There's already a thread for this sort of stuff though so let's continue it there please: (152631.1)
