You can look around other USA D.V leagues (if there are any without bots) and check other teams ticket prices and attendance history and make a determination from there. Your fan survey is probably very positive, but you'll still need to lower your prices significantly. Something like:

Bleachers: $11-12
Lower Tier: $35-37
Courtside: $105-110
Luxury boxes: $650-750

That would help. I don't know if they'd be perfect.

Last home game you had a huge drop in attendance because you play against last place team in other conference so no need to lower prices to much, i would set prices this way 14, 35, 110, 800 (don´t forget playoffs, fans go crazy and buy them all)

im in a very similar situation like u and my arena is always 95-100% full my taxes are:

Bleachers: $10
Lower Tier: $45
Courtside: $150
Luxury boxes: $800
i get like 89k~ cash from atendance:D im rich :]

lol 89k is alot but 356k is lot better :p Do you not increase your arena size?
