I would spend money on your arena. Chances are you aren't going to be competitive in your first season of div 4. I'm certainly not. Expanding your arena will give you more income for long term though so you can eventually be competitive. I saw about a 50k a week increase in my income from getting promoted/expanding my arena with the promotion money. Also I think you should lower the price of your luxury boxes!

My unofficial guide to Div IV success

Season 1-Arena building, opponent scouting. Buy/Draft a great prospect(In the previous offseason, not the offseason after season 1) start training him.
Season 2-Cash Saving, improve upon last season, and try to compete. Improve on the obvious flaws of your team. Continue with the prospect and shift him into your starting lineup when you feel he is ready
Season 3-Buy better players, compete for championship. Continue training your now dominant player.

So far in season 2 for me I'm doing great, but know I won't win it all yet.

my finances (i am still undefeated like u) seems like this
Išlaidos Pajamos
Žaidėjų algos: $ 73 383 Lankomumas: $ 86 395
Personalo algos: $ 23 394 Prekių pelnas: $ 13 715
Talentų paieška: $ 20 000 TV kontraktas: $ 56 941
Viso: $ 116 777 Viso: $ 157 051
Savaitės grynasis pelnas: $ 40 274
Paskutinės namų rungtynės: 5705 fanų (89% pilnas)

so atm i am concentrating to arena expanding, making it big up to 7500-8000 places. people say that much u can fill after promotion if u win finals.

so my plan for IV league is to make big proffit first season (i think i can get ~80k proffit per week there), avoid relegation back to V league, grab good player at draft and buy another good one with like 40k salary and then next season compete for playoffs.

You will avoid relegation in pretty much all DIV leagues with your roster. Don't forget your TV revenue will go up with the promotion and your fans will be really easy to please the year after promoting. My advice is to continue training your guards, focus on the cup next year for the extra income it gives you, and expand your arena, although you probably don't need it much bigger than 8000 in DIV. The main thing is DO NOT buy free agents next season. Build up money and expand your arena a bit, after a season or two, re-evaluate if you can challenge for promotion into DIII, if you can then you buy free agents to fill out your weak points. This was the best advice I was given, and in my first couple of seasons I wasted a lot of money on free agents I really didn't need. The transfer list is just so damn tempting

Thank you for all of the replies! Yes the transfer market is very tempting lol. After hearing from all of you i think im in a pretty good position for div IV and am pretty confident now i wont relegate. I currently have over 6k seats so i need to work on that i think.

Save up to buy a 20-30k salarie player during the offseason. If you can do this, then you will probable not regelate. Then next season spend all of your income on expanding your arena.

If you feel you can easily promote while extensively expanding your arena, I urge you to do so. I regret not expanding my arena when I had the chance. I got a little obsessed with the transfer list and upgrading my team, and abandoned arena construction, but now due to dreadful game management I'm not even going to make the playoffs when I very easily could have (and probably could have won my conference as it currently stands). I cant add more salaries to help out, either. My arena is too small and I'm not making nearly as much as I should be from attendance.

So definitely upgrade your arena if you can. It can become a big deal. It is a big deal.
