in Box and 1 u don`t Choose who guard, Ur best defender will guard their best Offender and the other 4 players will play a Inside Zone, Outside isolation is basically Ur team focusing their offense around your best Perimeter Shooter who will Take More shots. I have used Outside Iso and for some reason it didn't work out for tommy who had 17 Pts for like 19 shots i think he was just off. as for Box and 1 I haven't used it but i plan on doing it Next game with Outside Iso, BTW Box and 1 is best against Outside Iso at-least it would make sense if it was.
