nobody knows about the experience. My personal opinion: even if they should get experience, it is so little that it doesn't realy matter... Personally I still lean towards thinking they do not get any at all for NT games, Juicepats, a GM, thinks they do, so it will be a long way before anyone finds out. NT managers are in the best position to kep an eye open for this answer...

As for wages, I heard that it will be implemented, but the BBs haven't decided yet how much of the wage they should pay back, and I believe they don't even know when they will introduce this. As of now, no money can be made from Nt players, except maybe some higher price on the TL.

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

looking at it from a real life perspective i would think that there should be some sort of monetary bonus...not huge, but an incentive nonetheless. as for experience i would think that it would be minimal unless the players have been on the squad for an extended period of time.

NT players are more marketable, regardless of whether there are any tangible benefits.

Well I joined HT late and the NT seems like a farce in many countries with farming teams and you can quite often have a top class player that will never make the team for 'political' reasons!

So as long as we dont see teams sacrificing all to obtain 1 NT player then any change or no change is good for me...

though, if you think about it, this is a total irrationality in the market. I wonder if it's going to survive once people's confusion about the effects of NT playing diminishes.

I don't know if I'd say its a irrationality in the market as much as differing goals between players.

Some people will play the game simply to win as many games and promotions as possible.

Others may focus on developing players, helping there NT, flag collecting etc. in addition to winning games.
