I'm not sure if the fan survey update happens at the same time regardless of the time zones but it should be updated in about 1 hour and 30 minutes time. At least that's usually the time when it is updated.

You were right...sorry i just checked in the weekly schedule and seen that the daily update has passed in my country and the fan survey was not updated then...now it is'strage some kind of bug or wrong schedule hours in my country,thanks a lot (:
