The staff transfers are processed with the players transfers, so the reason they got delayed are the same (as explained by Charles in the "transfer list broken ?" thread.

OK.

He turned up about 8 hours late, and his absence possibly lost me a game (he has crowd involvement and I lost a home game by 3 points). Well, I'll just hope this won't turn out to be decisive...
