Winning in cup games can make your attendance increase. Look at your fan survey, 'The team had a good run in the cup this year'.

it is not a big point in it, like the winning of the "last game". But winning away is hard, when you don't have a roster who is able to promote - and even when you give up a away game because of the cup you will most likely earn more money through the cup bonus then you loose.
