Could you also give their grade ratings?
Without knowing them I'd take the PG simply because they are more valuable on the market, but if the PG is A- and the C is A+, I'd probably take the C.
Also, their box scores could give a hint...

the PG has a A grade rating and the C has a A+ grade rating. Also on the box scores, the PG has 3-8 FG 2-2 3FG 11 assists, 2 TOs and 2 steals in 33min and the C has 0-5 FG, 4 rebounds and 4 blocks in 23 min. What would suggest from this info? By the way I am currently training some 19y/o guards.

This suggests a few things. The C probably has low stamina, and is better defensively. The PG will have good JR and Passing.
Could you give info on their FTs and Fouls? These are usually the two stats that translate best to actual skills or problems.
But If you're currently training guards, definitely go for the PG.

The PG was 0-1 FT and had 1 foul and the C was 0-0 and had 0 fouls. Also if I did get one of them should I sell them for big money or train them for my own benefit?

Ok, low foul numbers are good. 0-1 FTs is just too small a sample size to say anything. You should take the PG if possible and train him with your other guards. If you get the C for some reason, you should sell him unless you want to switch your training to big men next season.

very easy answer th pg because he is 18 :)
And don't give to much about the box scores, they are more often misleading then right.

This is a no-brainer, player A is 18 years old so he's the guy you take first.

Player A. Good height, low fouls, good stamina, 18y, 5 potential, 4K salary, almost a perfect prospect. He will sell for big bucks or will be a great team player, as with 11 assists he will almost certainly have respectable passing.

Player A, mostly because you're training guards, and he's 18 years old too.
Just out of curiosity, what is the highest skill rating a drafted player can have? Is it Respectable?
