I know I have one of the best PF/C in the USA, for what it's worth.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

I have some proficients, couple should be close to prominent, but no rush on any single skills as it's more important to have strong in 3-4 skills rather then one really good skill. Also, it's apparently less productive to train just one skill.

I think its better to have say 3-4 above average players than one great player. Depth is key.

At the national level, though, you get to pick and choose between all of the nation's players, so you get 12 great players regardless.

I have been training all players, so I doubt I have any single one that is fantastic. Most of mine are young though, and not necessarily American.
