Pedro Quijano: 58 - Respectable to Strong

Nedjeljko Brčić: 58 - Respectable to Respectable (same minutes with Quijano but not improve?)

in gs calculation is a big random factor, you can affect in playing good minutes. Properly i could now stop with the posting ;)

Emil Schwartz: 74 - Respectable to Strong
Aiman Wong bin Abdullah: 42 - Respectable to Strong (way below recommended but improve?)

55-60 are recommended, and minutes less or more are equally "worse". Both are in ok minutes, so the up ain't that rare.

92 mins respectable to respectable.

63 mins respectable to respectable.

Now granted, his DMI went up a little bit, but 63 mins obviously isnt good enough to get him a game shape pop.

I have had alot of trouble getting certain guys up to strong or better game shape.

I just shake my head now, because my 2 japanese guards spend more weeks at respectable game shape than strong.

if i knew the magic number, i would do it. but i gotta win games. 80+ mins is no good. -60 mins is no good. 63 mins is no good.

im beginning to think stamina matters.

Somebody let me a hold a no. 2 pencil cause they testin' me.

Nice Das Efx image.

Last season I consistently put my players in the 48-75 range and aimed for the 55-65 range. From the all-star break on, more than half the team was strong and the other half was proficient. This year seems on a similar path. Yes, there were weeks where a 65 minute player would go down while a 47 or 76 minute player would go up. It doesn't always make sense.

Some portion of game shape is random just like now some portion of training pops is random.

Just get between 48 and 75 and hope for the best.

My federation tracked the mins and GS of every player on several teams last season and GS is really hard to predict. Here is one example.

Kent Masters respectable 53 res 66 res 50 res 54 str 2 (injured) ave 0 med 48 ave 82 res 68 res 69 res 86 str 85 pro 0

So he had 0 proficient minutes for the entire season and a total of 88 strong. That kind of sucked. Funny he only hit proficient finally after a 86 minute week followed by a 85 minute week. When I gave him 53, 66 and 50 minutes at the start of the season (seem very resasonable minutes to me) he wouldn't move off respectable.
