So, a few observations.
- you seem to know about game shape. That's good.
- you seem to play with Normal Attitude all the time. This is bad. Try to keep your Enthusiasm around 10 by playing take it easy as often as possible. Your opponents have more Enthusiasm and keep getting better defensively.
- you stopped playing 2-3 zone. That's good. 2-3 is a very specialized defense and weakens your outside defense considerably.
- your offensive flow is bad. As in, not good enough for your league. Try to get two or three guards who can handle the ball and pass. Currently, opponents beat you using FCP, an that's always a very bad sign.
- you are very predictable offensively. Try mixing it up a little if possible. Playing a non-inside offense every now and then means opponents can't plan as easily against you.
