Is there any recommended training for new players? Right now I thought about buying 5-6 guards and train Jump Shot (2 postions clearly..)

I think you started well. Some of your rookies lack in potential; I would advise to replace those 6thmen and starters for at least "allstar" potential 18y olds. 18y olds train quite fast. I think for a D.IV and maybe even D.III two-position training is enough .Later on, maybe you would switch to one-position training,.

-What levels should my trainees have? In my mind respectable in the main skills should be good?

I'd say look for 18y old trainees with at least 3.5k - 4k salary and good distribution of skills. Since you are training guards, try to find some that have no less than "Mediocre" (5) in any of the guards skills (JS, JR, OD, PA, HA and DR). Or if you are training Shooting guards, he can have less PA, but have to compensate with JS and JR...and so on.

-When should I sell my trainees?

Why would you sell them? I mean, are you training them to make your team better or are you training them for profit? If you want to promote in few seasons, I guess it would be wise to keep at least three of them...

-Is there any way to adjust the minutes each player plays? I mean if a player played 30 minutes, and in another game I want him to play exactly 18 minutes and the other 30 minutes for another trainee, is there any way of doing that?

Yes, there are ways to do that, but not in the "I enter the exact minutes I want" way. The best way to get 48 minutes out of a trainee is to play him 48 minutes in one game.

-Oh and almost forgot, what does offensive flow means in the grades at the end of the match?

Offensive flow reflects HA and PA of your team, where PG and SG weigh the most. So better offensive flow means less turnovers and more assists.

You are welcome!

Well I assumed that like another online manager games training is the main way to make a good profit, but I guess it's a different situation here.
Another question - are there any forums/threads about formulas ?
Thanks again for all your answers, helped me a lot!

I mean formulas or calculators that you can calculate predicted match ratings?

Well, that's the beauty of this game - you can't. Maybe we would have one if we knew the exact skills of all of the opponents players, but we don't.

A lot of stuff in this game is a bit "unknown" and left to speculate or test. We know the "basics", but we don't know the exact details. For example, how much does Inside Shot contribute to Layups? How much does Shot Blocking contribute to defense? Etc. It's all for us to discover and that's why I like this game.

I wouldn't just concentrate on JS. Training Defense is very important. You won't get that far in this game having a bunch of shooters that can't defend. Pressure training improves outside defense.

How accurate this tool is?
And by the way is there any relation between the league level (IV,III...) and the quality of the players drafted in this league?

Generally Coach Parrot is very accurate in predicting the team ratings on a game by game basis, and in enthusiasm calculation.

It's not super accurate when it comes to predicting training results, but it's not bad.

I think the salary calculator isn't fully updated for the recent changes to the salaries. Sounds like Joesef Ka is still working on figuring that out.

The tool is very accurate, but it doesn't count the sublevels of skills as the match engine does.

No, there is no relation.
