sounds like funny a battle of the leagues, even when i doubt this is getting implemented because i think many will loose interest qutie soon, because you couldn't impact the result of your league mates really and when some of them are demotivated this is imho an chain reaction. Also you should need a format with a target, best to achieve within a season.
