On top of that, fans are more likely to buy souvenirs and team goodies for players that had stayed a long period with the team, and have proven their loyalty to the fans...

I believe if such a factor could exist....day trading might not be an option and the game would be even more realistic...

P.S: even if the team chemistry already exists as a hidden factor... i think it would make a significant difference if it can be affected from the managers (buying/selling players....training drafts... keeping the same roster) that why it should be a visible factor.

thats already implemented, also like a bonus for new signed star player through the survey.

And about chemistry, it is very complicated in the reality and having always the same dudes is mostly not good too, you need always a bit change and fitting characters. And for me that would be complicated.

Then again, you could invent a "chemistry" hidden skill, so that the team chemistry is visible, but the impact of adding a new player is unclear. Team chemistry should improve over time, if a group is together for a while, but should not surpass a number influenced by the hidden skills of the team members (probably weighed by the role their are playing in the team).

I´d like to spend some scouting points on existing players btw - to get a "vague" idea about their hidden skill(s). But that´s off topic.

We seem to be overlooking an important factor in real life basketball...team chemistry...

For all we know, maybe team chemistry does exist. Do we know of any BB mentioning otherwise?

Certainly playing with the same players for a long time might improve the performances of "real" Basketball teams.

Another point of is that teams get more proficient with their tactics the more they play them.

Everytime one chemistry suggestion dies off, another one get's starter.
Could you atleast try and answer some question you should of thought of before suggesting. But here goes.
What is the optimum number of seasons players need to play together? Does winning a game matter? Is every player comfortable with playing with any other player? How much does chemistry add to team ingame strength? What happens to players that in real life start to play better right away when traded (V.Carter for example), or players who nomatter where they go impact every player and make them better (J.Kidd for example)? What will this addition grant to the game (other than real life feel and to be honest only one side of the real life is actually presented here, what about frustration in your teammates, clashing personalitys etc, but I would like to hear your answers first)?
Before you answer, think about how your answers affect the transfer list, old/young teams.
Additionally you could answer, why do we have player skills, game shape and experience in this game.
I need to start copy pasting this:) Getting annoyed already...
