Top 4 teams in my conference are all dangerous. You've already mentioned my team and Iqualuit. Haaa! has two top-notch bigmen (around 100k salaries each) I believe, and solid veterans at PG/SG/SF to make possibly the most dangerous starting 5 in our division. Sony Rox ur Sox is also very solid, but the top 4 players are 31 or 32 and their best trainee tops out at Starter potential - not really built for the future, although they could pull out a division victory this year. Same with Haaa! I guess - he's probably losing money hand over fist and unfortunately I doubt his big-man trainees will get him much on the transfer market when he's forced to sell one, as high salary bigmen are a dime a dozen. He may well advance this year, but will have to dismantle next season.

I'd put any of our four teams against a good chunk of Div II any day. We've kind of gotten screwed compared to alot of the other Div 3s out there....

Well, whenever you're done tanking it shouldn't take much to advance out of your division - it's pretty weak!

murfs blue devils in my league is pretty good, he has been in DII before. Overally my league is pretty weak but for the purposes of playing team different teams every year i think it would be better if all the teams in DIII reshuffled and went to different leagues. that way if you do get unlucky and get in a league with 4 or 5 real good teams the next year you might end up in a weaker one. i know its not going to happen but i think it would spice things up every year. I am hoping by next year i will finally promote and than i have a bunch of scouting pts to use when i finish in the bottom of the league to get me another superstar. If i start setting up my line up better on weekends than i'd probably be in a better spot right now.

LOL! I guess Div III.13 took expception to being called weak! Thanks to the manager of the Rang3rs for messaging that I'm apparently an idiot for pointing out the obvious...
