First off, you need to build your arena more/raise the prices.
Your arena and pricing should look like this:
Bleachers : 5000 (Current Price: $7) (Price as of 11/5/2011: $8)
Lower Tier : 450 (Current Price: $40) (Price as of 11/5/2011: $40)
Courtside Seats : 110 (Current Price: $130) (Price as of 11/5/2011: $120)
Luxury Boxes : 5 (Current Price: $800) (Price as of 11/5/2011: $800)

Depending on your record you may need to build or lower the prices. Your extra revenue will help you afford better players.

It looks like you should train big men. Big men traineestend to have bigger salaries than guard trainees. If you decide to train big men then sell your young guards and then buy older players who have been trained. Also, OD is the most important skill for a guard, so make sure whoever you buy has at least prolific OD.

Hope this helps. If you have any more questions feel free to BB-mail me, or post here.

Do one position training for Lei Mei and Cherri, traid RB until Mei is upto prominent and then switch between ID and IS..... and sell all the other players under 22 since you wont be able train them, and out of those fire the ones making under 3k you wont be able to sell them anyways......... keep Magee and benoit and start em at SF and PF and Mei at C...... then buy a good pg and sg n play an inside offense..... spend the money you make on your arena and spend the money on your backcourt and train your bigs

You mention that I should start Benoit at SF......... he has been a very successful SG his entire career, and every time I try to move him to another position, he always struggles and puts up about half of his normal stats. I move him back to SG and he excels. Is this all in my head or what? Or is it because of the type of offense I am playing?

If I put Benoit at SF, should he put up siminlar stats to what he has at SG?

I didnt look at his skills properly, his OD is really bad i would sell him and make some money of it he wont help you much, yes he can score but his defense is horrible
