I have some Q about team managment in the playoffs.

1. What type of training is suggested?
2. Do I need to make staff changes?
3. Is there a need to raize the seat prizes?
4. Is there special economical benefit?

#1 - No need to change if you're still in the playoffs, do whatever you'd do.

#2 - No

#3 - No, it doesn't matter.

#4 - Yes, the more real games you play, the more money you'll make.

1. Once you are out of the playoffs, you only have two games per week, one scrimmage that is scheduled for you, and one that you schedule. It might be better to wait until you are out, and then switch to team training.

OR

It might mean that you are forced to use your best players to advance in the playoffs and you will want some players to go 96 minutes even if it is not so good for training.

2. I wouldn't change staff. If you get any sort of injury, it will be for most of the playoffs. You might be able to cut back on PR since your playoff games will be attractive in themselves. The trainer has an impact on training speed. If you were team training stamina, maybe you could cut back. But then you will probably go back to what you have now. Perhaps if you had a 6 trainer at the start of the playoffs and had been thinking about switching to a 10, you could wait a few weeks.

3, Attendance does seem to be better in the playoffs, so you might be able to raise prices some. But it might be hard to match the price change to the playoffs. If you raise the price for April, the new ticket prices will be in effect for the last 6 regular season games. And then when you get to the start of May, you may still be finishing up the playoffs. If you keep the prices high,

4. The main benefit is attendance money. Ticket sales are split between home and away, so the advantage of finishing 1st is having the home court advantage rather than home ticket sales.
