I personally think you can train him..

start with his OD and DR for Forwards, so that his IS and JS will pop.

maybe you can train his OD for 6 weeks this season and 5 weeks for DR that's a total of 11 weeks, except for playoffs.

I would personally say no. I would fire him and try to get a good trainee off the transfer list. I'd say look for a trainee with at least two stats as respectable, not counting Game Shape and Stamina of course.

I say yes. Save your money train him up. He has a couple of averages and mediocres you can work with. Save up your money!!! you're gonna need it. (worst comes to worst you got a good bench player)

Yeah i think ima try training his OD ill do two pos training n play him during scrimmages n then see how it goes.... thanks :)...... btw does height slow down OD training too or is it just for JS

The shorter the player the faster he trains at OD. The taller the player the slower.
