Which league you are promoted into is random, All D.IV's are supposed to be roughly equal as are all D.V's but unfortunately sometimes that isn't the case. So the best I can suggest is try to upgrade a couple of your players, keep using good tactics and make sure to manage game shape and enthusiasm well:) Good luck
