Perhaps you should choose 3 trainees, more players are harder to train.

First, more OD. Second, more OD. Then, listen to te others plans...

Train one position when possible.

get rid of the 1st one and train the other son i think its best to train 2 guys. if want to you seel 2 of them.. but i would get rid of the 1st one for sure
