i'm still a fitness trainer for basketball, netball and hockey team + private track&field team. haha
But fitness trainer doesn't mean, he must be fit to teach!! haha. do u notice, coaches in singapore, most of them are pregnant? haha

Their big belly? haha. coaches only need to use mouth to teach!! haha. as for move and action is just do a slow walk through of demo, LOL. easy tasking

Nah, I actually live in JB but usually hang out in S'pore during weekends lol.


ohh, ic.. perhaps still unplanned yet.. but if got weekend game, i will post here again.. haha...
