the leagues get filled in a row, so if a new team joins it is first checked if the V.1 have a free spot for it, if not you look for the V.2 and so on.

Probadly we have a little run to the game in the US(maybe through the NBA starts), and the US leagues get filled till your league so that you now got plenty of new managers.

Trust me though, having had many many new users join in my D5 league during the 2 seasons I was there, you'll be lucky if any of these new users stick around for long.

Try sending them all a BBMail to welcome them and see if you can get some activity on your league forums. Makes things a lot more fun for sure.

when i was in league 5 last seazon, in a day we had like 7 new teams, and all my league suddenly became non-bot, it wasnt actually anny harder to win that league tho.

the possitive thigs are, u get ur rank getting up faster, and ur attendance slightly increases cause of relatively stronger teams, u play against.

Yeah, most of the teams just log in 1 time and then it becomes a bot team after 6 weeks :(

Yeah, the learning curve for truly understanding this game is pretty steep and a lot of people do not want to spend the time to learn the system. God forbid someone might have to actual read about something in order to understand it :p

there hasn't been an NBA game on TV since 2005.

I'd kill myself...

Very true, BB is very complexed, but I love it. I've become addicted in 3 short months. I spend hours per day on the site, even when nothing is going on.

I love the training part of it, and the way transfers are handled.

I did a lot of studying and asked a lot of what I'm sure looked like silly questions, but I feel I caught on to the game pretty quickly. Minus scrimmages, I'm 27-3 since joining BB. I'm currently 11-1 this season and have a very good chance of promoting after this season.

Of course, I still have a ton to learn, and I've studied things one level up from where I am now to prepare for a possible promotion, and I fully expect once I promote, there will be some very rough times for me and my team. I've seen great teams dominate at Div. 5, move up to Div. 4, and get hammered week in and week out. I do look forward to the challenge once I move up.

Question..... when I move up, will there be a cash bonus or anything to help get me going? Or will I have whatever money I end this season with?

Another question....... I'm training guards, and I have three very good trainees who are all Perennial All Star potential or better. Two are 18 and one is 20. They've all received a few pops. Will I need to train them for three and four seasons? Or is it possible to get them trained to where I need them in one or two seasons? I ask because, it seems if I'm going to be training these same three players again next year, there is no sense in spending big money this season to scout for the next draft as anyone I draft I will not have minutes to train them.
