i don't like the small nations that much, but you had to see on the other hand if there are some 5-6 teams there they need the same competive roster there to come to the BBB then in a "top" league. But they already suffer the lack of player from their nationality for merchandise and the tv income from the half-full league(in a competive manner).
Also the BBB is often also the place where they had competitors, since they are so rare in their own country, tanking their is indeed real easy but to eliminate the competiveness for them at those level isn't a solution too.

Also their aren't that many small nation team who rock the tournament that i see a problem in it, besides the two iranian top clubs mostly teams of bigger or medium nation makes their runs there.

What is the actual suggestion? TV money already depends on the league competitiveness along the lines you discuss. Is the suggestion to just make this type of effect bigger?

If there are very few users in that nations with real value, than they will suffer.
It could be suggested to make "unions" for those several BB-nations until they will get bigger. Like the UK includes on some sports Wales, etc. [Am I right?]

It is much more reasonable that those realy rare cases, when there are very few teams that worth something will suffer from that, than the other way around - the all other will suffer from those miniature BB-nation.

When the quality on the highest division is so low, the only strong team (or the few strong teams), can focus on the B3, can by low quality and cheap playres for few seasons, and still get the title (or close to that), and then make a big stand on B3, due to the fact that they saved that enormous amount of money due to that fact.

BTW - Israel is not a big BB-nation.

And this is bad or good? Actually there´s some now blood in the competition, right? And by forming unions, you´d protect the old, long-term teams, wouldn´t you?

I did not see any definition on BB "manual" about the relation of TV money and the average salary (throughou tht season) of teams at that division.

The only thing that is stated is that the lower cap is defined upon the TV money and the division.
Meaning - the other way around, and not relevant.

The TV money (for example) needs to be calculated upon each week average salary (on that week) throughout the division (or conference).

Don't you think that you need to state that your BB-nation is just about 240 users?

No it doesn´t need to.

TV money is calculated by the strength of the league / players. As player skills and player salaries are more or less directly connected (other than let´s say in the NBA, where the salary is based on plenty things but not just on ACTUAL skill), and because salaries are independet of the league level, the league strength -> TV contract -> salaries are all "in some way" connected with each other.

What????!?!?
A union of several small nation that will compete will just make them like a regular size BB-nation. not anything else.
It may affect (for good) the competitiveness of those countries.
