In the past, I've seen managers that have been here for years that didnt even realize that they could cut players. They kept trying to sell them (probably for too much $$$), were unsuccessful and then just gave up. Add 3 (usually) useless players in the draft every year, make a couple of purchases and suddenly you have a huge roster.

Others don't get how the entire puzzle works in terms of finances (might be very young, might not care enough).

Others have different goals than advancing and don't really care.

I remember back a few seasons there was a manager with 250 players, his name escapes me, but I remember! :P

Fair enough, I guess "ignorance" is always a valid excuse. If you're improving the players that you have, and unaware you can get rid of old ones, fine... this guys players never get better, though. It's 65 players all under 5k salary, so whatever he's doing; he's doing on purpose, or he REALLY doesn't understand the game.

Bballin... that's... ridiculous, lol.
