Both are good ones. You've got my vote.

But, why not putting them separately and at the appropriate place - the Minor Suggestions forum for the first, and the Bug forum for the second?

1) I define Minor Suggestion, as any suggestion that will not affect the game too much.
I believe that this stands as such.
But, as I've written, I agree that this is something that can be viewed differently by different users.

2) Complex to code? I believe it is not.
Adding a probability for another type of event is kind of simple.

3) A bug of the developer or a bug of the designer are still BUGs.

4) Regarding the fouls issue, I think that generally there are just not enough of them.
It is easy to compare the numbers between the BB-divisions in this game, to those at real BB-leagues.

I didn't know you were a professional programmer.

What MMO did you design and implement?

It is not the only think you don't know...

Anyhow, it is just a common sense.
When there is just another probability to add, and you just need to call something simple as "loss of ball" (with a different information), it is simple as can be.

You clearly have no idea what you are talking about.

It may be simple probability for you but to add something like that to a program is differnet. You need to define events and the type of variables of scenarios and the whole GE need to be tested to make sure the whole system doesn't fall over. Its not a simple change...it requires a whole production line along with the necessary QAs to ensure it works properly.

Stop speculating on how easy programming changes are if you have no idea what is involved

Which event???!?!
The "block event" is already defined, and now instead of having two options (who got while the clock is ticking), there will be another option of "ball went out of bounds" event.
There is no new event here, but just connecting the scenario to an already defined event.
The only thing that is to be defined is the probability of this new type of scenario, and it is far from being rocket science.

So, I suggest you to take your advice.

When X happens, go path A or path B.

When X happens, go path A, B or C.

See the difference? If not, stop talking about programming please.

When X calls A or B, and C exists, there is no big work to code that:
When X happens, go to A, B, C.

Please speak on something you are familiar with... But then how could you make any comment here...
