Wow and those old guys are really rare. There are 0 players aged 40 or older on the Tl at the moment.
But there is 38 year old who is still probably an ok player for a lower league.
It does seem BB is very cruel on old guys, I don't see any Kurt Thomas (39), Steve Nash(37), Ray Allen (36), Jason Kidd (38) or Grant Hill(39) standard players let alone Robert Parish (43) or Kevin Willis (44).

Anybody know how rare the potential is, I've got one on my team, but just checked the transfer list and there are none on there right now.
