I prefer unscouted to any 2 potential or 19 yo.
As for t he 3 star guys, I would still probably choose the unscouted players. The reason is the value of the draftees. 18 yo with good potential is what has value. Any one of the type of players you have listed will be very cheap to buy on the TL after the draft. So my preference is to take a chance on the unknown (maybe get lucky).
