Welcome I hope you learn to love this game as much as we all do. BTW just a small piece of advice, Potential doesn't matter that much if at all once players hit 24-25 because then their training slows down much much more, compared to a player 21 years and younger.

Also, dont get too caught up in little mistakes like those. We've all made them. My advice would be to spend this season looking for good value trainees and upgrading your arena appropriately. That's the best for long-term strength. Also, browse the forums for as long as you can - everything you need to know is here, somewhere.

Also, dont get trainees at every position like I did when I started. Focus on either training gaurds or big men; or possibly 1 position training as that is much more effective then training bigs one week and gaurds the next.

Ok thanks for the heads up i'm getting a pretty good 19 yr old point guard to start working on training
