Basic trainers are bad . I recommend an Advanced trainer. The other thing u have done is overvalued potential. Potential doesn't affect training speed it only affects how far a player can be trained before they cap. On the other hand age does affect training speed a lot so all those 25+ high potential players are worthless from a training perspective. 18 and 19 year old all stars would be a lot better to train.

Just so you know for future reference, you shouldn't take potential into consideration at all once a player hits 23-24. If his skills suck and hes already that old he aint gonna get much better.

A 4k All-star that is 18 is better to have (And easier to train) than a 4k All-Time-Great who is 24.
