After subtracting draft picks, I went from $30,938 to $39,789. A hefty 29% raise!

Any training you did will increase the salary of the player.

If someone had 18yo players and boosted them non-stop all season I would expect to see a lot bigger increases.

I went from 51,764 to 67,554 so about 30% increase minus trainees. That doesnt seem too bad, wasnt sure how much increase my top trainees would get so happy with it.

I noticed ALL players went up in salary.
Does this mean ALL my players got better, and all trained hard last season...

I'd expect raise from the players I trained, but not so much players who didn't even play...

I guess they just raise salary every year, wheter they improved a lot or not.
is this correct?

On the other hand, I now need to sell.... wages get to high....too many players in my team... mayday, mayday. ;þ

You didn't train stamina or free throws all season?

nope.
I only trained passing. and I only have my team for 3 weeks, so I only played scrimmages, so I guess the players couldn't have trained much in those few games either...
