I'd hesitate to run an isolation offense with a guy that has passing that low - it seems like an invation for your players to dump it to him, and then have him either turn it over or jack up a bad shot since he can't move the ball along. Generally, if you have one offensive player significantly better than the others or at least know you'll have a mismatch, the patient offense is a good way to exploit that.

Iso's are very difficult to get right.
