your choice, depending on who else drafts and if you got the cash. If there are a lot of bots in our league, go for it, if not, try to stick with that guy. If you got the cash, + know that there not many bots in your league (5 or less bots) then go and build your arena. If theres a lot of bots, then go for anther gem if you want. It's your choice

Unless you're planning on having the first pick in the draft (which it appears you are) delete this post.

There's a few more criteria he needs to meet to be the perfect draft pick: is he 18 years old? And is he the right height for the position he plays? If he meets those too, you have a beast, and if I was in your position, with the number 1 overall pick available to me if I wanted it, I'd probably only put 5k a week into the draft from now on. Enough to maybe find a steal in the 2nd round, but also allows you to save up some cash.

It is possible to get a great player in the second round, just not likely. For example, this past draft I had the 14th pick and the 30th. With the 14th pick, I got a 5/5 A- ATG potential 18yo, Brian Alexander (24739753). With the second pick, I got my second choice, a 5/5 A+ superstar potential 18yo, Andrew DeJesus (24739728). In terms of skills, DeJesus is one of the best players I've seen, with 56 total skill points to start and only slight weaknesses in handling and driving, nothing some 1v1 can't cure. And of course ATG potential for Alexander speaks for itself, even if his skills leave something to be desired. My situation is different from yours in that I'm in a D.V league with a fair amount of clueless and/or inactive managers, but it is still possible, especially if you have a high pick (which it seems you will).

i have 2 36yo back ups and 1 35yo starter ( best guy on team) should i try to get a great draft to replace them and sell the 2 36yo back ups and 1 35yo starter or should i play 2 more seasons then sell them? wat should i do and if u have another idea then pls tell me?

i just thought of this should i get a great draft train them for 1-2 seasons and sell the 36yo's then at the beginning of season 22 or 23 sell the 35yo.

First of all, you can't guarantee a great draft. There may be no great players in the draft; it's rare, but it happens. Or you could have my luck and find a 5/5 guy in the draft, only to have him auto-drafted by a bot team. I had a 66% chance to get him with the 16th pick since bot teams draft randomly, but I got unlucky. And in a league with human managers, your odds are if anything worse. So I wouldn't count on the draft.

Don't get me wrong, I love the draft and have always faithfully invested $10-20K per week in it. For me at least, it doesn't get much better in this game than logging on to BB Monday morning, going to your roster page, and seeing that $5K, MVP potential 18yo sitting in your roster, just waiting to be trained into a legend. But frankly, that doesn't happen very often especially if you're a successful team with a low draft pick and you wouldn't be advised to count on that to turn your team around. Hope for it, by all means, and definitely do some scouting to put yourself in a position to get lucky; just don't depend on that luck to bail your team out.

Also, definitely get rid of those old players. When a player gets to be 33 or older, meaning that you're paying their salary but their declining skills mean you're paying a higher salary than their skills dictate. Especially if you're a young team who's building more for the future, you shouldn't be building around really old players.

sell them NOW, when they're still worth something. Rare to see 36+ yr olds sell though, though I do see the 37 and 38 yr old Jason Kidds go somewhere. Get rid of them, build up arena, and go young.
