ok, first of yall, you said you're training three centers? The third one is 28, too old for anything, one of them is already 20 and won't be good at all, the 1st center is 19 and P.Allstar, which is the only guy that'll beefit from training. So you should go for Perrenial allstars and greater to train. so tke out the 20 yr old star. Get a few center and train ID and IS, which is very benefical in training. So yes, JS is not very trainable, but it's always good to have a rounded C.

You also need REB for your C, and you should try to make IS/ID/REB as close to each other as possible. For Cs, here is the importance of their skills.

1) IS/ID/REB
2) HA/DR/OD
3) JS/JR/PA

OD/HA/DR is debatable, but you certainly don't want a C with atrocious OD.

I'd personally swap PA and DR. Having atrocious handling or passing is a recipe for turnovers, while atrocious OD hurts when matching up against a big man with any sort of jump shot or passing.
