Looks like a great player, an American scout will be contacting you soon about him, if he hasn't already.
Anyway till he does, I would just be training him in OD/PA/JR. You can just switch every pop, and on weeks with only 2 games go for JS or 1 on 1, he really looks like he needs more JS so just train JS on 2 game weeks.
