never thought of that..............

but remember, their arena is small enough that merchandise & TV Contract could barely sustain 1 salary....

They TV Contract is over 130+ in top D's add in the fact the the merch will be around 20k and you get a 50k bonus every wek for 4 weeks and no salary floor for 16 weeks they can very well be able to sustain salary as high as 200k

Instead of $75k, one could limit the max salary to the TV contract. At least the guy wouldn't go bankrupt with that.

Frankly I don't really like this idea. The one thing I really like about this game is that you can find your own way, that's part of the fun. If you want to buy a 250k guy when you start up, you can do that. If you want to spend it on your arena, you can do that. Of course, one of these plans is better than the other, but I like that you can do both if you'd like. I know that some people probably disagree with that, but that's just my two cents.

I think it's a very good suggestion.
It needs some tuneups but basically it make sense in my mind at least.

The only things that needs some tune up are:

1) How long will it be until a newbie will be able to do what ever he wants - You suggested 2 month, I can't really say if it's to much or not but it might need to have more thought into it.

2) What's the limit salary possible for newbie - It can't be a permanent number as I see it. it should be a number related to T.V contract / Salary floor. (As managers suggested before)
