Wouldn't it be great if the training time corrections included a bump in pop speed. Maybe multiple the pop rate by 1.25 for all affected countries? ...then we'd be praising the delays!

Nice idea, but no

There was a second delay and this one was more serious (harder to fix). We've managed to fix it now and so training should catch up now.
