Its been suggested many times in the minor suggestions 2 thread (in the red text in the menu). I wouldn't hold your breath on this one because it would take a lot of time and energy that they don't currently have to do something of this scale. Hopefully at some point it will happen, because the personalization of your team would be a great thing.
